The nursing diagnosis thing is a prime example of useless crap that if you try to understand/apply it to practice in a way that informs your understanding or improves patient care, you probably will get stuck or your grades will suffer Good grades doesn’t mean competent necessarily, it means someone who regurgitated in the way they want you to. Depending on your program, honestly it’s usually more helpful to think in terms of “what’s the game they want me to play here” than “what’s the actual answer” It’s all about knowing what stupid bullshit they want you to put down.
